As a Discipline Mentor for Co.Lab, you will be using your leadership skills to champion discipline best practices to cohort participants.
Your goal is to simply provide product management, design or development knowledge as someone who has been in the industry for some time. You'll host group sessions every week to help answer questions, learn more about your mentees, give advice, and share best practices or specific technical knowledge to students who might need help.
